  • So you've got to lay down a coat or two of wax? Where do you start? What wax do you choose? How long will you leave the wax on? Where can you read about what wax is good for the different paint colors? What location is best for waxing your car?
  • These are some of the questions you should ask prior to applying any chemicals to your paints finish. In most cases the location is simple "not in direct sun light" especially if the day is a hot one. Find a slighty warm area near a shade tree or garage to apply your wax.
  • Try to avoid your window trim "specifically black rubber". The wax tends to stain it white and doesn't come off very well.
